Well, I am here to listen to you because it’s not just “all in your head.” Find out the root cause of unwanted weight gain or loss, anxiety, depression, panic attacks, gut issues, bloating, acid reflux, skin issues, acne, swelling, fatigue, vertigo/dizziness, chronic sinus infections, chronic UTIs or yeast infections, unwanted hair growth, loss of hair, numbness and tingling, and the list could go on. Through my 1:1 or group yoga classes, explore the realm of yoga and its positive impact on healing the mind, body, and soul. Yoga is capable of managing symptoms due to chronic disease or disorders related to mental health. Yoga can release emotional tension in the body which in turn encourages physical and emotional healing. Reduces negative thought patterns. Excessive negative thinking can damage the neural structures that regulate our emotions, memory, and feelings. The breath work combined with the postures, meditation, and mindfulness can boost the immune system and reduce inflammation allowing full-body healing.
