  1. Preheat oven to 425°.
  2. Season chicken wilth salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Place chicken on a lined baking sheet and cook for 18 minutes flipping halfway through.
  4. Place lettuce at the base of the bowl.
  5. Top all remaining ingredients and then chicken on the bed of lettuce.
  6. Drizzle balsamic vinegar on top of salad fixings.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
