Self-Pay Pricing:

60 minute initial appointment- $180

30 minute follow-up appointment- $90

Insurance:

Out-of- Network Superbill Reimbursement

I will provide you a superbill and your insurance may reimburse you according to your insurance plan/benefits coinsurance for nutritions therapy. Many clients only pay a small portion of their session fee after submitting the superbill to their insurance. I will help you in this process if needed as I know how confusing insurance can be! I want my services to be covered by insurance as much as we can get them to.
